Global IT and Business Consulting Firm Selects Precision Bridge for Oracle Database to ServiceNow Migration

A global IT and business consulting services firm, has selected our Data Migration Automation solution to deliver a large-scale migration from Figuro Oracle Database to a custom ServiceNow application. The project involves migrating over 12 million records, including 2.5 million records with attached images and files, from 179 source tables. A subsequent phase will address migration from an MS Access database to further consolidate the client’s service management capabilities.

Project Requirements

Managing the migration of 12 million records across 179 tables whilst preserving data relationships and integrity requires robust automation at scale. With 2.5 million records containing attached images and files, maintaining file associations is critical to operational continuity. The custom nature of the target ServiceNow application requires flexible mapping capabilities that adapt seamlessly to bespoke configurations without extensive manual intervention.
