Zendesk and ManageEngine Migration Project

Project summary: Silver Tree Consulting & Services, a solutions and services integrator, recently selected Precision Bridge to help them migrate ticket data from separate instances of Zendesk and ManageEngine into a common instance of ServiceNow.

After starting the project, Precision Bridge identified a large number of additional Zendesk tickets that had previously been overlooked.  When these were included in the migration, the total number of tickets exceeded 400,000.

 By adopting Precision Bridge technology and services, Silvertree were able to migrate all their ticket data including attachments, comments and email correspondence to their existing ServiceNow instance while maintaining data integrity.

The whole project was completed in less than 2 months and just prior to the de-commissioning of their legacy environments.
