Leading ServiceNow consultancy agineo was tasked with migrating a major enterprise customer's complete ServiceNow environment from a cloud instance to a new on-premise hosted system. The customer required the transition to meet strict security requirements and corporate policies governing their IT infrastructure.
The migration encompassed over 1 million records across multiple critical applications including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Fulfillment, CMDB, Discovery (ITAM), and several custom applications. The project also required the migration of workflows, attachments, notes, and comments while maintaining complete data integrity.
