Jess Connell Steps Into New Role as Partner Manager
We are pleased to announce that Jess Connell has been appointed as Partner Manager at Precision Bridge, effective immediately. In this role, Jess will lead partner development, strengthening our relationships and building business with our vendor, integrator and consulting partners.
Jess brings valuable experience and deep knowledge of our migration automation solutions, having worked closely with partners and customers to deliver successful outcomes. She will focus on developing partnerships that deliver meaningful value and help organizations navigate complex data migration challenges with confidence.

Client Win: Global Communications Provider Migrates to ServiceNow with Precision Bridge
A global business communications technology provider has selected our Data Migration Automation product to automate the migration of a large volume of Configuration Items (CIs) and Knowledge Articles from HP Service Management to ServiceNow. The selection follows a successful trial that confirmed Precision Bridge's ability to deliver their specific migration requirements, with the project scheduled for completion by the end of February 2026.
The client required a solution capable of migrating a substantial volume of Configuration Items whilst preserving the complex relationships between CIs - a critical requirement for maintaining operational visibility and service continuity. The interconnected nature of these relationships makes manual migration approaches impractical and prone to error.

Success Story: KT2i Achieves Seamless BMC Remedyforce to Ivanti Neurons Migration
The global IT and engineering consulting firm, Kanchi Technologies 2i (KT2i), was tasked with migrating critical service desk data from BMC Remedyforce to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM for their enterprise client. With BMC Remedyforce approaching end-of-life and licensing concerns, the client needed to transition six months of operational data to their new Ivanti platform quickly and efficiently.

Now there is Moltbook, a social platform where approximately 150,000 AI agents post, share information, and communicate like humans on Facebook. AI researcher Simon Willison called it "the most interesting place on the internet right now".
