Chris brings over two decades of hands-on ITSM experience to the role — from developing and consulting on BMC Remedy, to delivering complex migrations across platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, and beyond. Having worked on all sides of the Service Management ecosystem, he knows first-hand just how much the right guidance, backed by Precision Bridge's migration automation technology, can make a difference — enabling the team to take on even the most complex projects with confidence.
