Your April Update: Spring Milestones, Client Wins, and AI Under the Microscope

Spring is in full swing - and so are we. This month, we're spotlighting Nicholae Koch in his new Account Manager role, celebrating two fantastic client success stories with KT2i and T-Systems, and asking a question that's got the whole AI world talking.

Nicholae Koch Is Promoted To Account Manager At Precision Bridge

We are pleased to spotlight Nicholae Koch in his new role as Account Manager at Precision Bridge. In this role, Nicholae acts as an advocate for our partners and customers, supporting them from initial conversation through to project success.

Nicholae works closely not only with our partners and customers to identify where Precision Bridge can add value, but also with our technical team to ensure they get the most from our solutions. This includes engaging with a wide range of organisations - from global system integrators and consulting partners to enterprise customers.

💬 "Data migration is one of the most critical — and often underestimated — phases of any transformation project. What excites me about Precision Bridge is that we genuinely make that process faster, more reliable and less stressful for the people delivering it. My job is to make sure our partners and customers know we're in their corner from day one, and that they have everything they need to succeed." — Nicholae Koch, Account Manager.

KT2i Completes Cherwell Service Management to Ivanti Neurons Migration Leveraging Precision Bridge Solution

Kanchi Technologies 2i (KT2i) was engaged to migrate critical operational and financial data from Cherwell Service Management (CSM) to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM for a national real estate development company. With Cherwell approaching end-of-life, the enterprise client required a swift, reliable transition of all financial and asset data to their new platform.

Having delivered successful Cherwell to Ivanti migrations with Precision Bridge previously, KT2i selected the Precision Bridge Data Migration Automation Solution for its proven reliability, configuration consistency, and responsive support model.

"The Precision Bridge solution gave us a consistent, reliable foundation to work from. Its familiarity across migration scenarios meant our team could hit the ground running and focus entirely on delivering for our client — which we did, on time and without issue." - Paul Walker, Principal Consultant, Kanchi Technologies 2i

T-Systems Surpasses Five Years of Continuous ServiceNow Data Archiving with Precision Bridge

What does five years of uninterrupted data archiving at enterprise scale actually look like? For T-Systems International, it looks like millions of records processed every single day, across 350 tables, with a sync frequency of every two minutes — and counting.

T-Systems International GmbH is one of Europe's leading IT managed service providers, using the ServiceNow ITSM platform to serve a large and demanding customer base. The challenge they faced was a familiar one: their customers needed to run reports and access application data regularly, but having users query the live ServiceNow production instance directly placed unnecessary load on the system and required additional licensing to accommodate multiple users.

Tech Talk: Can You Solve the Puzzle That Broke Every AI Model?

A fascinating new test has put the world's leading AI models up against a simple challenge: solve a set of brand new puzzles they have never seen before, with no hints or preparation. The results were surprising — every major AI scored close to zero. Human testers solved them all.

What makes this more than just another AI story is the question it raises. Are today's AI systems actually intelligent, or are they just very good at pattern-matching from the vast amount of human-generated content they were trained on? The people building these systems are starting to ask the same thing — and the answer could shape the entire future of the technology.
