Client Success Story:
A Leading Global Financial Institution
A leading global financial institution recently selected Precision Bridge to address their ServiceNow instance consolidation project following the acquisition of another company. The project involved the migration of data from two existing ServiceNow instances onto a new greenfield instance. In particular, the project involved the migration of incidents, problems, change requests, service requests, requested items and related objects including workflow, HR Case and HR Lifecycle records.

Tech Talk: the Coming "AI Crisis"
At Precision Bridge, we think about data. A lot. So it piqued our interest to learn that in the next couple of years, the world may run out of quality data on which to train AI’s algorithms. As AI models (such as ChatGPT) become larger and more complex, the amount of data needed to train them increases as well. And although this world is awash in data and generating it at an ever-accelerating pace, the amount of high-quality data available for training may still run short.
Will AI progress come to a screeching halt? Will we have to rely on “synthetic data” generated by (you guessed it) AI algorithms? Or will we rely on “human data farms” staffed by anonymous (and low-paid) “taskers” like the ones currently employed to annotate AI training data?
Or, perhaps, AI technology will be improved so that it doesn’t require so much data to train the models. You know, the way we humans learn…that’s the goal of AI research anyway, right?
