A global IT services and consulting company recently selected Precision Bridge to address their ServiceNow archiving and auditing requirements. In particular, Precision Bridge will be used to archive specific data-sets to an off-line database to satisfy regulatory requirements for auditing of transaction data.
Some of the critical requirements that Precision Bridge was able to demonstrate included automatic table generation, archiving of records from selected tables, filtering of records based on last modified date, customer, status or other criteria, optional deletion of source records, extraction and storage of record attachments, replication of table indexing and the ability to audit the full life-cycle of assets and their related transactions.
Mark Herring, co-founder of Precision Bridge commented: “At a time when auditing of customer’s data is becoming increasingly important to satisfy new regulation in Europe and the US, we are delighted that this global IT services company have selected Precision Bridge to address this requirement and we look forward to working with them over the coming months as the product is rolled-out”.
