Precision Bridge 8.2.16 Release for Windows
This is an early release of Precision 8.2
This release includes the following enhancements:
Support for Source Deletions in DB→DB archiving projects.
Support for On Premise Manage Engine Servers using token based authentication
Support for migration of Binary Values into a SQL Server Target database.
Ability to retrieve Many-to-Many Relationship Details for Ivanti Business Objects. This has been implemented as a special Precision Bridge source table named #OBJECT_RELATIONSHIPS. This source table requires a very specific source query format and will retrieve related object ID’s for the relationship named in the query for the given set of business objects previously migrated in an earlier mapping.
Supported Platforms:
Windows 7, Windows 10 or Windows 11 client machines;
Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022;
Requires Java 17 or Java 21 (Oracle or OpenJDK). Your licence key determines access to specific Precision Bridge adaptors - please include the adaptor/type of migration in your licence request. Please note this product will not run with earlier versions of Java.
Sizing Requirements
Recommended minimum desktop configuration 64-bit with 8GB RAM. For very large data migrations, or where parallel execution is implemented, we recommend 16GB RAM or more depending on the volume of data, number of large attachments and parallel migration runs.
Installation Instructions
Unzip the file, then run the setup.exe file to complete product installation. Launch from the Windows Start menu or use the Precision Bridge icon on your desktop.
Licensing
After launching the product you should be presented with a licensing window. Please enter your details then click on the Request Licence button to request your licence. If the licensing window does not appear, please contact licensing support at help@precisionbridge.net
