Please note that this product requires Oracle or OpenJDK Java 17, 18, 19,20 or 21).

If you don’t already have Java, you can download it from here (select the version for Windows).

Please note this product will not run with Java version 11 or earlier

You must install and launch the product in order to request your licence key.

Installation Instructions

Download the product to a windows machine that has network access to both your source and target platforms. The Windows machine should have at least 8GB of memory.

Unzip the file, then run the setup.exe file to complete product installation. Launch from the Windows Start menu or use the Precision Bridge icon on your desktop.

If Precision Bridge does not launch, check that you have the correct version of Java installed using the command java -version from the command prompt.  If necessary set the JAVA_HOME variable by following the information in this article.

Licensing

After launching the product you should be presented with a licensing window. Your licence key grants access to specific connections. Please include these connections in your licence request. Then click on the Request Licence button to request your licence.
