The Department of Transportation for a US state leveraged Precision Bridge Data Migration Automation to migrate the legacy Cherwell data to Ivanti’s Neurons platform.

Precision Bridge’s US partner, T4S Partners, combined their expertise in Cherwell and Ivanti Neurons solutions with Precision Bridge’s data migration automation solution to migrate the customer’s existing data on their Cherwell Service Management system to their new Ivanti Neurons for IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This project included the migration of approximately 40,000 incidents, requests, associated notes, emails, and attachments. 

Precision Bridge significantly streamlined the data migration process, reducing the time and effort required. Significant time savings were achieved using Precision Bridge to map and transform data between the two systems as well as validating the migration had been successfully completed.

By automating the transformation of data and ensuring seamless integration between the legacy and new systems, the flexibility and adaptability of Precision Bridge were instrumental in addressing unique challenges encountered during the migration.
